[Suggestion] Blind works as Hamstring

Hello I want to make a suggestion if possible,

For those who do not know, blind applies an accuracy debuff to mobs based on a success chance. You can still get hit my magic attack but any physical attack misses. This typically is late game skill for all Marksman.



Can blind work on all moveable bosses to apply the accuracy debuff. Since the BM equivalent
Hamstring works on BF, Anego, and other mob bosses.

If the change is possible, I feel like MM could have more utility overall since we don't scale dpm wise as BM in the late game. It would create more popularity for the class, assist MM who like to boss solo without SI, and if somehow it were to apply to bosses such as HT or Zak it could save a few lives
