As title says, i would suggest adding a @hacker command. Just now someone was hacking in a map i was in, but i could not quite catch is name (just a red dot on minimap). By the time i was done writing a @GM ticket he had allready changed channel left the map.

My suggestion is to make @hacker send map id & player names to GM's. Either that or make @GM do the same.

I see no reason as to why a GM would be using Mob Freeze in HHG1..

A shortcut for this does seem useful, but I'd like to limit the amount of player commands to it's bare minimum. I would like it more as "@gm hacker". This still leaves things open to add more shortcuts withtout needing to add a new command everytime.

The number of player commands available doesn't matter as long as they're justified in having them and useful.

Due to the nature of the suggested command, I'm going to reject this on the basis that it could spam GMs with a "report" if a player or multiple players decided to use it in a highly populated map. I would recommend something like just telling us which map you were in when you saw the hacker in the minimap, so that way we can at least filter through some of the channels to see who may be in that general vicinity.
