Suggestion to add transportation options in Singapore and Malaysia

This suggestion is about giving teleportation options to an NPC to allow travel between Singapore (CBD, Boat Quay Town) and Malaysia (Trend Zone Metropolis, Kampung Village).

In MapleStory, Singapore and Malaysia have been considered as part of World Tour. To get to Singapore, players move to Kerning City and buy an airline ticket from Irene for 20,000 mesos. Similarly, in Changgi Airport, you can travel to Kerning City from Singapore by buying a ticket from Shalon (who shares the same sprite).



As it currently stands, there are no transportation options between the four areas in Singapore. However, Spinel does exist in each of those four places, and in many other towns in MapleStory.



Spinel's only function is to teleport players to other World Tour maps (i.e. Shanghai, Mount Song Town, Floating Village, Golden Temple, Zipangu).

It makes sense (to me) to let her have a secondary function, at least when she is in these four maps. It would help her to complete her duty in serving as a "World Tour Guide".

I also advocate to extend in giving her a secondary function in Ximending or Thailand (i.e. to help players travel from Ximending to the Night Market, and the Floating Market to Golden Temple) respectively if the changes that I previously suggested were accepted.
