I went back to test it again and I got it even sooner this time, like the first 3 minutes of being there

 

not true I did that map a whole week with 0 drop
if what you say was true then there is suspicious scheme behind the algorithm

 

Just putting out some stats: I hit around 15-20 scrolls for 60% helmet dex while farming chronos lv40-70 (I did a lot of lpq and opq so I didn't exclusively farm there). I will say I can consistently hit 1-3 60% scrolls every hour or so.

I also tried drakes, zombies, and voodoos, but I feel they're somewhat worse than chronos in terms of balancing exp vs mesos.

Looking for the next sweet spot that I can grind lv70+ while giving good mesos...
