Notice The downtime: Explained

Hello,

Since some may not visit our Discord (you really should, please do) I leave a notice now on the things that happened

On Friday, our site went down. This was because it was directly hit by a DDoS attack. While this only knocked down the site (game was unaffected), it started fill more garbage data and logging over time.

Eventually, the whole database locked up, and our game servers completely froze (about a full day later).

The unfortunate thing was that our host admin was going away this weekend. If that wasn't the case, the matter was likely solved in a couple hours.

Since that wasn't the case, the game servers was down from Saturday until Monday evening. On Discord we've promised compensations due to downtime. They are as follow:

- Double Vote Cash for 1 full week (currently on-going)
- 25% EXP/DROP bonus for 24 hours (currently on-going)
- 25% EXP/DROP bonus for 2 weekends (this and next weekend)
- Additional GM events

With the server being up again I see personally that the user count is completely unchanged, even after a 2 day downtime. This is how loyal our user base is! We can't thank you enough for it. You are all Legends!
