Updated my post above with a new step (after modifying the DXVideoMemory sample, seen here: https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/DirectX-Video-Memory-ee7d8319) to fit this purpose, since DXDIAG wasn't as accurate as hoped.

-Do you randomly crash while bossing: No this happens while training on a map for a long period of time or AFK in free market
-How do you dc?*: Game completely freezes
-Which graphics card do you use? MSI GTX 1070

Seems like the exe file you posted is missing some dll files to work properly.
ucrtbased.dll and VCRUNTIME140D.dll to be more precise.
I'm assuming that you compiled the program on visual studio?
I downloaded missing dlls from google and it still seems to give errors running the file.

Thanks, it looks like I accidentally built in debug rather than release. Oops.

-Do you randomly crash while bossing: Yes, especially during HT's body on the right side.
-How do you dc?*: First time, the HP bar flickers and my pixel loses hair/face and it goes black
-Which graphics card do you use? NVIDIA

*Do you notice anything weird happening before DC-ing? Losing chatbox, basically all the pixels just goes crazy.

I tried looking into compatibility, but I initially didn't have it checked as Window 98 compatible. I am currently running on Windows 10 Pro

2) Yes, I crashed 2 times now in HT, both in the whole body part (last part) . First was 4/21/19, second is 4/22/19

4/21/19: Ppl started to get buggy near the end of the boss, their hair became bald. Some ppl turned invisible then only their faces were showing. There was abt 1/10th HP left in HT then i dced while all the bugs were happening.
4/22/19: Half way through the HP of HT, ppl stopped moving then DC
4) My graphics is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
