    Why do people ask for an offer for what you're selling? Isn't the buyer the one who should be offering because they want it? Or should we compete over who says offer first in the trade window. Should I be the one to offer since I don't want it? Help!!!

    Since you arent there in person when the shop is open (not everyone is online 24/7).
    People ask to L/O if they feel like it's too high or have a slightly more reasonable offer.

    Sometimes well scrolled equips need to be offered, because the price can vary depending on demand.

    Because a lot of people out there are chicken shit lowballers, and they always demand the other person makes the first offer so they may either snap up a good deal or impolitely leave.
