Low Timeless/Reverse Gear continue to take exp when maxed level

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Anecdotally, the character exp to timeless/reverse item exp is about 3m exp: 10 item exp for 1 item. However, this exp is split across all timeless/reverse items equipped, even items that are already maxed level.

    I conducted 2 tests, using the EPM command and monitoring the change in item exp before and after the EPM test.

    1st test: 3.8m exp : 3 item exp for the unmaxed item

    2nd test: 2.5m exp : 10 item exp

    What is supposed to happen?: Maxed items should not be leeching exp

    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Leveling my first timeless pendant took 3-4x longer than what everyone else was reporting

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Level a timeless item while wearing other ones

    Bump.

    I know staff must be very busy right now with the patch coming out and the aftermath that comes with it but since this issue was not addressed with last patch I'd like to not let it get buried.

    Please fix if possible.

    Unfortunately there was not enough time to correct this, since the system needs to be altered a bit due to the way it was implemented, but it will be fixed for the next patch.
