    kumbi/tobi drop rate should be lowered a lot so the price of steelys and llbis can go up a bit more

    Saw a major mistake with Tobi and Kumbi drops so both drops are slightly decreased.

    Steelies under inspection already has an incredible low drop rate (incredible in sense of much lower than rest), so I first want see the economy on the live server to decide.

    Yeah, good thing tobi drop is lower. I just started 2 days ago and I got 10 tobis already. Either from buying or someone giving me for free.

    I'm still getting lots and lots of Dark Crystal/Gold Ores (got 200 of these already), equipment/weapons, Tobis and Wand Matt. 60% scrolls (no wonder the economy is so bad) from Slimy's on Ghost Ship 2 and Mysterious Path 3. This mob drop rates need to be tweaked immediately; making money there is so easy it feels like cheating. Also, take a look at Pac Pinky and and Selkie Jr. too, I'm pretty sure the drop rates for these ones are broken as well.

    I made a quick test on Krus and Captains in Herb Town, and they seem to be dropping lots of equipment as well, in under 10 minutes I got: 2 earrings, 2 shoes and a hat, which is insane for this server. And no, I'm not lucky, I never got this lucky on any official server that I played, and I wish it could be the same here.

    Ore drops and ore crystal decreased from GS mobs. Apparently crystal had more chance than the regular ores which makes no sense either.

    EDIT: Let me know after its back up if its more balanced.

    EDIT 2:
    Ok last bit of balancing changes before I go to bed

    -Platoon Chronos Sniper Pill slightly decreased
    -Platoon Chronos Ore slightly decreased
    -Platoon Chronos Simulators slightly decreased
