Windows 8/8.1/10 UNABLE TO CONNECT TO GAME SERVER

    When I try to select my character on the character page, it would often bring me back to the Login ID and Password page and it would say "Unable to connect to the game server". I have to try many attempts doing the same process over and over again until it would finally let me play the game.

    When I'm finally in the game, I can't change channels or I will disconnect.

    Is this something to do with my new wifi that was installed? Because it was normal for me when I used other WiFis.

    Yes. I had no problems like this before until this wifi was installed. I have even turned off my firewalls but nothing changed.

    Operating System? Client version? Was this happening before? Any recent changes in your setup? Where are you playing from (region, and home/work/school internet, etc.)
