Unable to Enter Forest of the Ghost Priest

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): In Mu Lung, one can go through a questline which involves defeating Master Goblin Cat. One part of the quest requires entering through a hidden portal through Goblin Forest 2, which is another hidden part. Just tested this on two of my characters so far, and I'm sure I accepted the quest leading to it. Unless I am missing something, the stone tower thing isn't leading me or warping me anywhere.

What is supposed to happen?: This stone tower thing should have an invisible portal to Forest of Ghost Priest, the map with the Master Goblin Cat NPC in it.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Going through the questline as usual and being stopped by the inability to enter
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Go to Mu Lung Goblin Forest 2 and try entering the stone.
