Windows 8/8.1/10 unable to get it to run

    i got a new computer and it is windows and am unable to get maple legends to run. it keeps saying it cant find the specified file and i dont have anti virus on the computer and there is nothing telling me anything is being blocked. does anyone know what i should do? i dont know why this picture is sideways but this is the message i get every time i try. IMG_0440.jpg

    Your antivirus deleted the client. Make an exception in Windows Defender / other antivirus software and reinstall / take the client out of quarantine.

    i have no anti virus and turned the firewall entirely off and it still says this. i cant find it anywhere saying its quratined or anything.
