Fixed Unable to start "Eat Me!" questline

Description of the bug:
Hi GM-Senpais,
I'm having issues attempting the "Eat Me!" questline at Haunted House in NLC.
Speaking to Edmunds, I have read all the dialogue.

From the "Where's Jonas" dialogue, I am directed to seek out Jonas Prendergast in the Toy Workshop:


There is no dialogue from Jonas Prendergast:

What is supposed to happen?: Upon clicking "Accept", the quest should be accepted, I assume.


The quest continues to be un-accepted, and shown as "available" despite "accepting" the quest.

Haunted House - Foyer / Toy Workshop (NLC)

There is no dialogue from any other NPC at Haunted House (NLC) other than the Maid for the pumpkin hat questline
No other event quests are available
All the chimney's are locked
I have completed this quest in the previous year's Halloween event
