Windows 8/8.1/10 Vote System Issue ( Cash )

Hello,

Just wanted to report an issue with vote cash.

So this has happened a couple of times, but I now realized that it isn't a memory error on my end, but an actual problem.

Last night I tried to vote at midnight, but the system told me I had 1h left. Felt too sleepy, went to sleep, woke up, just tried to vote, and now it says I have 16h before I can vote again.

Logged into my account, and sure enough, I didn't receive cash the night prior, and now I can't until I guess tomorrow.

This happened a few times but I always thought that I accidently did vote and just forgot, but now I realized there is an actual problem with the system.

Sometimes I vote from my PC, othertimes I vote from my laptop. All for the same account, same internet connection.
