Resolved Voting not working

I started playing two weeks ago and have been voting over multiple days, but my account comes up and says I have never voted. I have used different browsers, cleared my cookies, turned off adblock, tried different WiFis/used mobile data and other computers, and even made a second account. The second account still says I have never voted even though I have multiple times. This is bizarre because two people I live with are also playing legends and they have no problem getting their cash. I emailed GTOP using their contact us form on the website. It's been a few days and they haven't replied. Is there a better way to get in contact with them?
