Windows 8/8.1/10 We are unable to connect to maplelegends. Please check the MapleLegends homepage for ongoing server

What worked for me and a couple other people is turning our firewall on/off (depends on what it's on currently). Could you try that and let us know if it changed anything?

Encountered this common error


I did
1) dns flush


2) turning window firewall on/off

and 3) reinstalled the game.

and the error is still here.

Hi, I'd like to say here that currently the only known "fix" to this is playing on another PC. I'm also experiencing this, literally cannot get into the game at all. We're looking into why this is happening. Sorry that we can't do more for you at this moment.

 

Poof and I were able figure it out a solution(hopefully) on Windows.

1. Open up command prompt as administrator
2. Enter the command "netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled"
You should get a "Ok." message like so:

3. Try to log in.

You can use "netsh interface tcp show global" to verify that ECN Capability is disabled.

 

i tried the method rinnedev showed. doesnt work still showing the same thing.

 

Try launching the client a couple times? For me it works sometimes and sometimes not.

 

ive been trying on and off since 8 am SEA time havent gotten in once...

Can you enter "netsh interface tcp show global" into the command prompt and take a screenshot of the output?
