Awaiting User Reply When creating an alliance, max slot is on 0

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): The invite button is grey everytime I open the alliance tab, so I cant invite December to the Phenix alliance.
What is supposed to happen?: The invite button should be (green?) colored and work. Now it does nothing.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: When trying to add a new guild to the alliance 2 days ago.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
Extra information (optional): I bought two ally slots at the orbis guild house, so the alliance should have 2/4 slots now. I switched the alliance leadership to the leader from the other guild (Muggles) in this alliance, but the invite button was bugged for him as well.

 

So the real bug is, that when you create an alliance, the max slot is set on zero. I assumed that when you create an alliance of for example 2 guilds, that the max slot is automatically set on 2. This was not the case.
