    I wish it rewarded bad players

    LF> gacha CS/WS more often (I'm 1750 normal and 350 rare down)
    My 10s and 30s scrolling feels like 0% success, 100% boom
    My 60s and 70s scrolling feels like 5% success, 99.9999% boom

    Not sure about my 100s, maybe they will feel like a 10%

    The rule is that "Game only rewards bad players" not "Game always rewards bad players". One cannot be guaranteed to be rewarded by being a bad player, but one can guarantee to not be rewarded by being a good player.
