Maple Legends on Steam Deck in Gaming Mode

It works great, but only for single client for me

 

i just bought the new oled version of the steam deck, and followed the instruction. when i enter the Lutris app, and try to set the "Virtual Desktop Resulotion" to ON, i get "! Win virtual desktop is no loger supported". when i try to launch the game nothing happens, after a few seconds the lutris will freeze on the same screen. how do i fix this?

the win version im using is 9.0 (default)
i tried using the GE-proton as well. same issue (same error "virtual desktop is no loger supported").

EDIT: the fix to this problem was to create the "Games" folder to the home/deck directory. and then inside Games, create the "MapleLegends" folder (empty).

 

sorry for double post, i really need some help. im able to run the game but cant use the virtual keyboard (when i try to type my username / password, nothing happens). any1 encountered this problem?

 

Try rebooting ur deck. It happens sometimes with any application on mine.

 

tried rebooting, still same issue (on game mode) i manage to make the bluetooth keyboard to work, not the virtual on-screen keyboard.
worth mention- the on-screen keyboard works for me on the desktop-mode. however, the desktop-mode doesnt allow me to full screen the game. any suggestions?

EDIT: suddenly the on-screen keyboard started working properly. i have 0% idea how/why.
EDIT2: i managed to play multi client (3clients) with no problem at all. all i did was copy-paste the maplelegends.exe (to maplelegends2.exe , maplelegends3.exe) and right click on each-> create a steam shortcut. then run all of them on windowed screen.

 

It seems lutris updates broke my ML. It doesn’t load anymore, only black screen into closed. Anyone else have the same issues?

 

nope, mine is running just fine. im using the latest version as well (version 0.5.17 release on 4/10/24).
worth mention, im using the latest beta version of steam deck (becuase of the bug they had on the stable version that ruined my maplelegends skills hot keys).

 

I got it working again by just doing a complete reinstal of lutris and ML.

 

looking for a way to decrease input delay.

time duration when re-attacking or buff+attacking is pretty long compared to on my pc, and it is super annoying on boss runs.
