Accepted Remove White Essence check from "Return of Capt. Latanica" Quest

I'd like to suggest removing the hidden inventory check for ETC item "White Essence" from the "Return of Capt. Latanica" quest to make it more streamline.

Reasons as below :

• The requirement is easily circumvented by simply dropping the ETC and accepting the quest before picking it up, this makes the inventory check redundant.
• The ETC has a "One of a Kind" tag so players are unable to accumulate more than one in their inventory which is already a limitation by itself.
• The quest does not alert the player of the inventory check and auto terminates if the player attempts to start it with a White Essence on hand.

TLDR :

• Redundant.
• Existing item limitation.
• Unclear inventory requirement.
