Medium Black screen after character selection

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Everytime i log into the game and choose my character the game freezes with a black screen and stops responding
What is supposed to happen?: enter the game
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:Bug started after i tried to whisper to someone in the game

Extra information (optional): I tried to change fastloading to false with no change to the problem and this is the error produced:
