Damage cap discussion

that's an interesting hard cap at 1.2m. Mesos is capped at 2.1b because of an integer overflow limit, correct me if I'm wrong. I wonder if a programmer put in 1.2m for the damage dealt knowing that the damage cap would cut it short.

 

brandish spam vs. brandish + panic on apple


only ~2.24% higher using panic because of damage cap, which may mean panic is not even worth using at PB statues after taking into account factors like darkness spam (i.e. getting debuffed right before firing off panic), panic missing (has slightly less range than brandish), and mistiming panic (firing it off before max orbs).
