    Every frame just has slightly different Hue, in Photoshop that's Image > Adjustments > Hue and Saturation, in SAI that's Filter > Hue and Saturation.
    To actually make the .gif in Photoshop you go to Window > Timeline. Or if you work with anything else you can just save every frame as a different image and then make it a .gif with this tool.

    Looking back I was so bad when I made these.
    Anyway if you need a lil help with keeping text in consistent size, there are ways to make all lower case letters 4 pixels tall and still be understandable.
    Usually the ones most people have trouble with, like I used to when I made this thread, are "e", and "s".
    Now I usually do them like this. [​IMG]

    I'm not as much of an artist but they looked relatively simple to make :p I had to try it out

    I scaled it according to a screenshot I took of the ranking icons but for some reason it looks bigger *shrug* (scaling it down messes up the text)
    Program used: gimp

    My perfectionism is nagging me with so many ways it's off -_-' but it's too much of a hassle to try to polish it up with my lack of skill so I hope you all like it kthxbai
