Intelligence document drop rate in HPQ

    I had done over 10 full runs with henesy party quest (lvl104). However, it doesn't drop a single intelligence document. Is there a chance to increase the drop rate of intelligence document in hpq as we require 100 to obtain the permanent event equipment.

    If that's really the case and not just extremly bad luck, i agree.

    Shouldnt take so much hours, the perm equips quests should be hard but not tedious as doing hundreds of hpq as a 100+ player probably feels horrible

    Were these 10 runs after or before the server went up again? Before the whole downtime, the drop was indeed a bit janky. It should be a lot better now.

    I got lots from ppq, you could probably finish it in a few hours.
    Try ppq out till it's fixed.

    People above lv 100 can only do HPQ for the scrolls.

    Lies, the PPQ stage in the Training Center (BossPQ) spawns mobs which also drop the Intelligence documents.
    So you could just stay in that stage and just kill the spawns and not the boss to farm Intelligence documents.
