Windows XP/Vista/7 maple not working

Just curious, are you able to fullscreen the game AFTER you open it with maplelegendsWindowed.exe using Alt+Enter?

 

Sounds like you're using Windows, And chances are you're using either windows 8,8.1, or 10.

So, First thing you have to do is right click on the .exe file in the folder and go to properties. Second, go to compatibility. Check the box to run in Compatibility mode and choose windows xp 2nd edition. Next, check the run in resolution mode 640x480. This is actually one of the native resolutions. The next thing is the program specifically asks for elevation (Error 740), which means you have to check the box that says Run as Administrator. If you need to enter a password, then you need to talk to whoever administers your computer because it's obviously not you.

After all this is done, run the program. It should boot up without any issues. If it doesn't work, reinstall MapleLegends from your download folder or where ever you have it and repeat the above.
