Windows XP/Vista/7 maple not working

    so i installed maplelegends and i clicked on the maplelegends.exe and i does nothing.
    i can see maplelegends on the task manager (processes) but its does nothing.
    so i installed it again and i got a window that say:

    setup
    unablr to exeute file:
    d:\maplelegends\Maplelegends\Maplelegends.exe
    createProcess failed; code 740.
    the requested operatin requires elevation.

    can you help me please? how can i solve this?
