Completed Scheduled Maintenance - May 7, 2018

THIS IS A PATCH MAINTENANCE. YOU NEED TO GET THE LATEST PATCH WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE MAINTENANCE TO PLAY WITHOUT ISSUES.
NOTICE: THE EVENT WILL END AUTOMATICALLY BEFORE THIS MAINTENANCE. IT WILL END SUNDAY 11:59 PM SERVER TIME.



Hello Maplers,

We will be performing a Scheduled Maintenance on Monday May 7, 2018. It will last approximately up to several hours. Upon completion, the game will be brought back online and service will be restored. Once restored, you can login and play!

Time:
5 PM server time

What will be unavailable:

• All MapleLegends game servers and channels
• Merchants will be closed

Changes and Updates:

• The release of Monster Book (all information available during maintenance in a separate topic)
• Only the very first time you do the Horntail pre-quest on a character will require a Manon's Cry. The other times will require you to get 1 Manon kill instead.
• When finishing the transformation quest you will now receive the morph item instead of instantly transforming. The item is one-of-a-kind, untradeable, and can only be used in the same map as you would've normally transformed. This hopefully makes it more user friendly, as well as more ETC-inventory-friendly, with no other benefits. (Feedback: here)
• Item 'Dark Futuroid Head Sensor' should no longer crash your client
• Aura of the Beholder no longer heals past your Berserker HP % (Bug report)

We are still slowly applying other changes in the background to prepare for the reducal of channels. In the end not everyone will be pleased, but I am currently not pleased with the high amount of channels in MapleLegends. When it has been done, we will be observing and looking for feedback. No date and no additional info about how many channels will be removed at this time.
