    I'm using google chrome as well. I got voting to work once on my laptop before it also became bugged. Tryied clearing all data in google chrome, and it still persists. I don't think it has to do with the browser.

    I tried voting tho on my cell phone which isn't google chrome and it's still telling me I can't vote when I can.

    A possible solution to this bug is to download a different browser, such as Firefox, Safari. (although I would not recommend IE, you could try it). and vote on that browser. It can be on the same computer you use for voting with Google Chrome.

    I have also experienced this so I went ahead and followed SamVosh's suggestion, downloading and voting on a different browser. It worked. It seems like the problems revolves around gtop/chrome/firefox. If you're unable to download a different browser for some reason, use your handheld devices with 3G/4G to vote. A staff member will post on this thread when there's an update from the GTOP administrator about voting problems. Resolved

    This happened to me too in a weird way. I used my phone to vote for my brother's account at my house with wifi and then when I tried to use my phone to vote for my account at college the same day, having voted 36 hours earlier for my account, it said I had already voted on this ip on gtop and it showed the time i voted for my brother. Which doesnt make sense since supposedly ip changes with different wifi connections.

    Some report it got fixed, some not.

    So awaiting for everyone to let us know what their current error is. Also, we still get a lot of votes (even record today) so it still confuses us a lot what exactly the issue is.
