Spectators for minigames.

    @CHANEL@CHANEL mentioned it, and I thought it might be interesting to allow spectators for minigames. I also noticed there is an extra blank character slot in minigame rooms (what is that for?). But I don't know how feasible is that in terms of coding.

    Some uses for spectator slots:
    1. Allowing a judge/arbiter for potential minigame competitions/tournaments.
    2. To laugh at your friend as he/she goes down 0 - 15 in match cards vs @VonBIT@VonBIT.

    What do you guys think?

    I don't think client supports it. The reason there's blank spots is.. no idea. Its just graphics similar there's graphics for "Alliance" in the profile window yet there's no code for it.. pretty sure at least there's no code for it @Navi@Navi can answer better on that, maybe.

    Made an attempt to get this working and couldn't. Pretty sure it is not possible, so moved to rejected.
