Single target skill drop rate

I believe there is no drop rate buff applied to non-event items

 

I have heard monster cards drop at a higher rate with single target than multi target attacks but I have never bothered to confirm that or not

 

My empirical experience is that all mage skills have lower drop rates while doing APQ keys.
My NL always gets keys faster than my IL regardless of skills used to attack.
