    So a 10% Cape for DEX scroll just blew up my Old Raggedy Cape...

    Trying to reproduce this and record it but I'm dexless so I can't wear overalls to scroll. :p

    Actually, can confirm that 10% scrolls DO have a chance to boom. However, this chance seems to be awfully low. (I used 100x 10% scrolls and it didn't happen. Kim used atleast 20 and ran into it.)

    I think it makes sense. Computers arent meant to blow up whether they do the job right or crash, but sometimes they do.

    I actually mentioned this earlier to @Sam_Vosh@Sam_Vosh and I actually may think its 1/256 chance, haha. I ask @Navi@Navi to look into it, but I can verify I blew up a cape with a 10%
