Intro Interview

"Well we're ready to do this interview thing, anything you'd like to start with?"
I'm a Taylor Swift fan so I went with the name TaylorSwift. But feel free to call me whatever you like.
I'm 21, and play all kinds of random games. Maplestory of course being one of them.

"When did you start playing Maplestory and what are your favorite things about it?"
I started late 2006, and played on and off throughout the years of various updates. Honestly, I just like grinding. My favorite classes are Evan and Hero. Evan has a neat little pet following you everywhere and I love their skills. With Heroes, Intrepid Slash is my favorite skill in the game. Brandish is sexy too.

"What class are you playing in Legends?"
Just an Islander. I'm too lazy to deal with funding, economy, hp washing, etc. This server has a ranking system for Islanders so I may as well take the #1 spot.

"What kind of music do you listen to? Besides Taylor Swift..."
Pop, Rap, Death Metal, and House.

"Kanye wants to know who you think the best rapper is."

"Any other games you play?"
Lots and lots of Hearthstone. I really don't like World of Warcraft, but Hearthstone is nice.
I mean, I've never been more salty over a video game in my life while playing, but Hearthstone is still nice.
My top 3 games would be Final Fantasy XIII, Bioshock Infinite, and Parasite Eve.

"Anything else you'd like to add?"
After browsing the forums a bit this community seems friendly. I wish I could've been around for the beta days and such. I'm sure I'll enjoy my time here. Thank you for reading this interview.

I'm no good at introductions.

 

I've played every main series Final Fantasy and a few of the side games. I think what I really enjoy about XIII was how beautiful it looked and seeing so many iconic Final Fantasy creatures and summons come to life in a new way. I don't see myself as a graphics whore either. I was always attracted to the series because as a whole the games are like really good fantasy books. Interesting monsters, the science and workings of the magic...Like Materia or junctioning Guardian Forces.

Causing people to lose their memories

FFXIII's story is a real hit and miss for many and I can understand that, but it's not complete trash. I like the simple character progression and switching paradigms in battle. It's fun. Plus there's a lot of grinding towards the end and I already love the combat.
