Not home right now so I can't upload the image, but my internet is around 150 mbps down and shitty 25 mbps up? I don't remember.
It's kind of ridiculous how my ISP has balanced the speed.

My upload speed kinda sucks at my new place.

 

This download speed is pretty good for Australia. We have ghetto internet... I'm on fibre at the moment, but my last two places I was on ADSL because there was no cable or fibre and I was lucky to get 1.5-2mbps :l

 

I love how the server you're connecting to is 1,200 miles away lol, where the hell do you live?

 

I live like half an hour drive from Sydney. It's 35km's away, that shit is not accurate HAHAH.

 

Lol I was surprised, that distance with a 5 ms ping would be impressive.

Yeah, some universities have 1 Gbit/s (or faster) connections. I actually applied and got accepted to one that did but went somewhere else lol.

I have the absolute BEST (fastest for Downstream/Upstream) internet in my area (Northeastern Ohio) which sucks compared to other locations in the United States. I'm literally paying 90 usd a month for this shit. If you look at Verizon's Fios, for around 50 dollars a month, I could be getting around the same downstream (50 Mbits/sec, a little slower) and 50 Mbits/sec upstream (this is completely absurd that my upload speeds are this slow[roughly 8.3 times as slow]) for almost half the price. It's 90 dollars because the promotion ended where it was 70 dollars a month (one year). Greater upload speeds would really help when multitasking during streaming and I could stream in a much better quality. The only way I can do this is by tweaking the stream which results in a reduction of the quality of the stream.

God damn Monopolies... I understand why the speed is so slow too. It's because the majority of the users don't need a high upload bandwidth... They should have a secret internet speed on their site where you can buy to get better upload bandwidths, as not to confuse the consumers who don't the difference between downloading something and uploading something...

 

Well at least I'm not the only one whose internet is crap... Except yours is still better than mine.
