    Hi! My name is Derryl in-game but my real name is Brennan. In most games I play, I receive a variation of either of those two names. Derr, Derryl, Derry, Bren, Brenn, etc. Call me whatever is easier for you :D

    I am a semi-old player of maple. I'm only 18 but I started playing maplestory with my father SEVERAL years ago. I have since moved on to different Neckson games (I remember when audition and kart rider were a thing). Now I mostly play Mabinogi, but I wanted to get back into maplestory. Honestly tho, they kinda screwed up maplestory xD

    I came here for the nostalgia :D

    How was Mabinogi? I have never tried playing it. Is it still good (as in, was not ruined)? :~p

    nah you can hp wash pre-3rd job. the main point for hp wash is for horntail or bf (lategame boss)

    edit: lemme reword that. the point of hp washing is to feel safe when taking hits from horntail/bf/whatever. most people do it because dodging can become a real hassle endgame. but by no means is it absolutely necessary. the only time i can say it's "necessary" is if you want to be a good dark knight

    Also keep in mind, HP washing was a 'hidden' mechanic that nobody knew about until one old Maple player exposed it, and people did just fine back then before it was known as well.

    But yeah, you'll be fine without HP wash IMO. Just enjoy the game! :)
