A way to make any pet permanent

Hey!
So I was just thinking on perhaps it would be possible to have an item that is from the donor store that would convert any expiring pet into a permanent one. Like a permanent life of water for like 8000$(since most perm pets are 10k)
This would allow people who have had the event pets or regular pets before being able to obtain donor cash make those pets permanent.
The amount obviously determined by staff.

I am unsure if this has been brought up but I figured it would be a neat idea. Thank you!
