Add 60% helmet accuracy scrolls

    Warriors suffer greatly from accuracy, and have to use accuracy potions like Amorian baskets for 7F and CWK. Currently, making an accuracy helmet is difficult because there are only 30% and 70% scrolls available, which means you need to blow up quite a few scar/zakum helmets before you can get a good one.

    Honestly, I think it would be great to just give warriors more accuracy (maybe increase the accuracy given by mastery), but I don't really see that happening, so this seems like a good way to give more accuracy to warriors.
