Add a Nerfed Horntail's Ab T-Shirt

I find this suggestion actually very appealing!
With a slight nerf of up to max 6 all-stats and a level increase to 130 I think this shirt can be an awesome addition, and a slight buff for Shadowers especially.

On top of that it will make HT a little more appealing to run once again!

As said here for shads as 3 stats struggle char could be a nice endgame item to work on for almost evry claass with 1/2 CS as start .
i think 4-6 all stats not a seems that broken for end game content
little bit perma stats boost never bad idea for me and same for more ht marketing and income
