Add setting for changing music globally

    @music only sets the music in the current map, and once you change map or channels this setting is lost.

    I think it would be very useful to have a global music setting, which is unaffected by changing channels or maps.

    i agree. i want to listen to ellinia tree dungeon music while i play and i dont wanna have to do that every new map or cc or fm i enter

    This is not possible due to way the client handle music changes.
