Add Spectator Mode to Mini-games

Probably not the most important thing but it would be cool if people could spectate your game. Right now I find it kinda difficult to integrate omok into my maple experience because you cannot interact with anyone outside of the game room and people outside the game room cannot see what is happening either. The mini game room UI seems to suggest more people can be inside of a room during a game, so I think it would be cool if your friends could spectate you as you embarrass yourself in a game of omok.

While mini games may not be an essential part of MapleStory, I think changes to them could enhance the social aspect of the game. This change could also help newer players better learn strategy and even make things like tournaments easier to manage in the future.
