Alcaster is not selling items

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): I have completed the Alcaster quest string years ago and have been able to purchase items from him. Currently, Alcaster is quoting what he would say if you had not started the quest string and does not give you the opportunity to buy items.
    What is supposed to happen?: I am supposed to be able to buy items.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: El Nath with NPC Alcaster in the El Nath Marketplace
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Have Alcaster's quest string completed and try to buy items - and he won't let you.
