All my quests got reset.

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):So basically as the title says, all my completed and "in progress" quests were reset.
What is supposed to happen?: N/A
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I was killing snowman at the event map, had a d/c due to internet disconnecting and re-logged to find all my quests and hotkeys reset completely.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): No clue, never happened before and I doubt anyone else had it happen either.
Extra information (optional): I had to re-do zak prequests to be able to access that and the CWK questline is also reset (and available for me to complete, but I do not want to go through that again.)

I believe it was between jan 5 and jan 7. Can't remember the exact date unfortunately.

 

Since I'm now un-banned, this is relevant again.
The most important quest to mention is the HT prequest (can't even accept it since it was in progress when bug happened and I still have all the items required, but can't finish.)
Another important quest chain is the cwk one, which takes hours upon hours to complete.

As you can see I have all the items ready to hand in, but there is no quest to complete.
I have a horntail run scheduled for 7pm tonight and I need this fixed, someone please help.
