    I want to translate "NPC chat" and "Quest info" into Japanese for me and my friends.
    However, ML's .img files are encrypted and cannot do that.
    How can I edit it?

    I have reviewed the terms and believe it is not illegal.

    It's actually the following file:
    - Data/Quest/Say.img
    - Data/Quest/QuestInfo.img
