Allowing all event chairs to be tradable

    I, and many of the legends community, would greatly appreciate it if all the event chairs were tradeable. It would be nice to be able to trade the chairs between my characters. It also doesn't seem right if event chairs aren't tradeable since all the past event chairs have been. At this point they're basically donor chairs except donor chairs can still be passed through to different characters on the same account.
