    What is supposed to happen?: Either not exist or being doable.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: After this last Patch.

    Hi shot, this has indeed been fixed.

    Now I have 2 new quests, Amoria: Red Dahlia - Bowman and Circle of Trust.

    Circle of Trust doesn't seem to be working, as in, Tweeters ain't dropping anything! Already got 3 cards but no fragments.
