Medium APQ bug

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): APQ bug can't move on to next stage
What is supposed to happen?: we can move to next stage even if someone leave/dc/kick
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: APQ
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): have someone dc?
Extra information (optional):
Basically someone DC-ed not sure if on stage 1 entry or before stage 1 entry, then the PQ become bug Amos still think we got 6 but we only got 5 players in the PQ.

After 5 of us get to the end at run stage NPC says not all players are here
After 4(someone go afk so we kick after wait 15min+) of us get to last stage but before teleport to fight balrog NPC says again not all players are here.

If this bug happen you can either log out to save your time/wait for GM fix.
nothing else you can do, passing lead or anything does not help
