Are these drop rates really 1x?

Also, drop rates are balanced around playerbase, it's impossible to know what the gms drop rates actually were, these drop rates are balanced around having way less people than gms ever had. Imagine if we had the same drop rates as gms, noone would ever get the equips and scrolls they needed since the ammount of players is much smaller than it was in gms/ems/etc

 

The original Maplestory source was only leaked up to v52. So typically most private servers have some what custom droprates. Also to be taken into account is that places like GMS had a much larger population than what private servers do which results in tweaking the rates to match the population.
