Low Ariant Questline bug

Description of the bug: The drawers in the royal palace of ariant do not produce its quest item in the ariant quest line. Further, at the end of the quest line, the treasure chest in the cave with the 'Open Sesame' code doesn't produce its quest item either.
What is supposed to happen?: By clicking on the drawer and treasure chest, they are supposed to produce quest items that allow me to continue.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I found this bug in ariant doing the quest line. I do not have screenshots because I was unfamiliar with the reporting process when I was experiencing this glitch.

By starting the quest line you will eventually end up in the royal palace, and needing to click on the drawers on the right to retrieve an item. I was unable to retrieve this item, but the bulk of the questline can continue regardless. You continue with the rest of the questline until you end up at the cave with the treasure chest and the 'Open Sesame' code. Here you also must click on the treasure chest to receive quest items. I also was unable to receive these items, and this time you cannot continue with the rest of the quest line
