Armor-Piercing Bullets Crafting Prices (Neo-Tokyo)

The current price to craft these bullets are simply much too high and much too rare as a drop. Along with the materials (which are already difficult to gather), there is a fee of 100m to craft. I suggest lowering the price for these reasons:

1. The low user base of Corsairs.
   Compared to Night Lords, there is a very small population of Corsairs, which means less demand for these bullets.
   Night Lords over level 150: 120
   Corsairs over level 150: 23
   There are over 5x more Night Lords than Corsairs.
   
2. Corsairs will have to craft multiple sets of bullets.
   There is no skill which provides an infinite stock of bullets (unlike NL). For boss runs, corsairs will need multiple sets to sustain this +2 attack increase from the bullets.
   
   
3. Eternal Bullets are very cheap in comparison.
   Our next highest attack bullets are pretty much worthless. There is no market price for these, and people have given me these bullets for free. At such a high price to craft, Armor-Piercing bullets are just not worth the cost. I understand that it is end-game bullets, but the cost for 2 more attack is very pricey.

In terms of suggested price, I would think something along the lines of less than 20m (1/5 price of the Neo-Tokyo stars) would be much more reasonable, since there are less corsairs in the server.
