    Description of the bug: Avaracia's chair regenerates 50 HP/MP instead of 100
    What is supposed to happen?: Regenerate 100 HP/MP
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I get +50 after all
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug:
    Step 1: Open your inventory hotkey (default I) or click on the bag icon at the bottom of your UI
    Step 2: Navigate to the Set-Up tab by Left-Clicking on it.
    Step 3: Double click on the Avaracia's chair
    Step 4: Wait 10 seconds
