Buccaneers drain is slower in Transformation.

    Hey, the buccaneer's buffs are amazing, the only thing that needs a slight tweek is when they are in transformation and have energy charge passive active, drain has a little lag after you use it. When they use drain without transformation there is no lag. Just thought I'd suggest making them both the same speed is all.
